Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
  • If your mail requires no application of postage, see Section C to choose your job settings.
  • If your mail requires postage, you must determine if you can print directly on your mail. You can feed mail provided your mailpieces meet the requirements (material type, dimensions, and thickness) for your franking machine. If your mail meets these requirements, select the appropriate postage or weighing method from Section A.
  • If your mail does NOT meet your franking machine requirements for direct printing, you MUST print a postage tape. Select the applicable postage or weighing method from Section B.

Section A: Printing on mail

You are sending postcards.

Select the Postage Rate when selecting the Class.

You do not know the weight of your piece of mail.

Section C: Processing mail without postage

You only want to seal the envelopes and do not want to apply postage.
