Changes to 1st & 2nd Class Auto WoW/Dow Mode (DM575/800i/800/925/1000)

Due to changes in the Royal Mail Parcels Services, you should not process mail larger than Large Letter format using Auto WoW/DoW. Please instead choose either Small or Medium Parcel rates accordingly.

If you proces an item larger then "Large Letter" the machine will stop and indicate the mailpiece is "Too Long" and you will need to remove the mailpiece before selecting a different class/format.
