It is a Royal Mail requirement that you use the current postal rates. If you choose not to order, you MUST remove the old rates. You will then need to key in the correct postage rates manually for every item you send.

For customers who use rates chip or disks

We will start to dispatch these rate chips and disks for all customers who have ordered one on the 24th March 2008 and delivery will take 3-5 working days. Be sure to keep your rate chip safe until 7th April and then follow the fitting instructions supplied with it. Please click here to order.

For Personal Post Basic customers

For customers who download rates (excluding DM50 customers)

If you download your rates these will be available from 7th April. Instructions on how to complet your download will be sent to you in the post.
