The course enables the experienced mailroom setter to set, adjust and maintain the complete mailing system and to undertake regular maintenance and first line repairs and adjustments.
On successful completion of the course, where appropriate, each participant will be able to:
Appreciate the mechanical timing settings of the equipment
Demonstrate an overview of the basic electrical systems on the machine
Demonstrate the procedures necessary to maintain the equipment in a safe working condition
Understand the Health and Safety aspects of the particular equipment being trained upon.
