In today’s world of accountability and regulation it is important to maintain accurate records of production. DFWorks Production Workflow automatically creates audit trails for each instance of jobs.
The Production Workflow module is designed to provide a seamless view of the entire end-to-end production process. Mail run information is captured at each process step using data collector programs specific to the individual process types. Tracking capabilities include Performance versus Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Performance versus Forecast. Data can be collected from numerous sources such as: document creation and manipulation, printers, inserters, manual-steps, and more.
The DFWorks Production Workflow module allows the user to track the progress of a mail run from beginning to end through multiple process steps. For each mail run, the user can see:

Mail Run Information:
name and ID, process steps configured, job SLA status, and arrival status

Process Step Information:
start/end times, size, progress, and process step SLA status
The arrival status and SLA status are colour coded so the user can, at a glance, see which mail run jobs are in compliance with expectations, and which mail runs need attention. The system can be configured to alert a user by email if a mail run is not in compliance.
