Our ADF Partners

Each ADF Solution that is delivered often requires a system component that is not directly available from Pitney Bowes or is already an incumbent system. In these instances we are able to work together with a number of ADF Partners so that existing systems or preferences, where appropriate, can be woven into the overall ADF Solution. Similarly, we are able to deliver our ADF Solution into an overall Business Solution offered by larger Systems Integrators or Outsource Partners.

In the International markets there are diverse numbers of postal distribution partners, programs and options for our customers to choose from. In these instances we are able to integrate third party data management solutions into our own software platform to address the specific needs of either Companies within individual countries or Pan-European corporations.

Incumbent system providers, such as providers of Print Management Systems, are often a key component of an ADF Solution. We work with a range of print management providers, some are print manufacturer independent, such as Pitney Bowes Emtex Software, where others are directly associated with the supply of production printing systems, such as Xerox, IBM and Océ.

Other ADF system components include the pre and post processing hardware that are often required around the production printing and inserting systems. Some of these components we supply as part of our own range of ADF hardware systems but often we work with third party providers in this space.

Moving document creation and output management away from traditional Host systems, such as IBM or ICL Mainframe systems, to a Unix Server environment often requires additional job & data management software systems and tools. We have a number of partner companies, such as Levi, Ray & Shoup (LRS) and Emtex, which have software components for these areas within an ADF Solution.
