This module makes it easy to search for a mailpiece by recipient name or account number. You can also view a large number of mailpieces in a single screen, if necessary. Even archived information on older mailpieces can be obtained to help resolve issues.
Typically in a non ADF environment any mailpiece enquiry will result in a lengthy audit trail to determine which job contained the mailpiece, the job sheet will then detail when the job ran, then a further audit report may detail the actual mailpiece. Depending on the quality of the audit trail this procedure may take hours, or worst still it may not contain the relevant information to resolve an issue. Quite often, a manager or team leader has to complete this task.
