Description of Offering
Working with DMT Service, the Workflow
Solutions Project Manager will recommend equipment and system
performance goals in support of overall operational goals and
expectations. Generate formal process flow documentation and
value map. On a quarterly basis, DMT Service Manager, Workflow
Solutions Project Manager and site management, will review
results and performance against goals as part of the operation
review. When necessary, corrective action plans will be
generated for areas of operation when further improvement is
required.
Deliverables to the Client
The following will be provided to the client
as part of this offering:
Recommend equipment performance
measures and goals for consistent reporting of to be used by
all equipment vendors throughout operations, including Pitney Bowes
Provide process flow and value map
Determine operational level production
metrics
Document data collection and reporting
processes and procedures
Conduct Quarterly Review Meetings (may
be part of Quarterly Service Review meeting)
Identify and drive corrective action
for continuous improvement to operations
Report observations regarding site
operations and management, with recommendations for
consideration.
