Description:
This offering is specifically designed to assist customers with aligning their production mail operations for new high-speed inserter equipment. Workflow Solutions team will:
Analyse existing process flow to and from the insertion stage of mailpiece production
Generate new process flow based upon best-in-class ADF practices
Working with CDE’s, provide general layout of inserter equipment placement which would allow optimal productivity and which meets the desires of management
Review and analyse materials handling, distribution to and from inserter, including waste disposal
Working with CDE’s and site management, review scheduling, processes and procedures in order to optimise productivity
Consult with site management regarding questions or concerns during installation
Deliverables:
Provide a general layout of inserter equipment placement in facility with interfaces to other equipment/systems as required
Written report of recommendations regarding inserter placement, and interface with other areas of operations and recommendations for operations
Report additional areas of opportunity for future improvement regarding site operations and management, for consideration
