This service is intended to identify the two or three largest output applications produced at a client or a client’s outsourcing company and then review the total cost effectiveness and production efficiency. This is achieved by providing either remote or client site access to the key output print streams - typically if a monthly document then 3 streams would be analysed per application.
The key deliverables for each output print stream analysis is a report identifying the following:
Postal Optimisation review
Envelope page size range review
Envelope weight review
Insert selection review
It is feasible that for an initial print stream, offering one pre-determined area of analysis (e.g. mail sorting benefits) could be offered as a pre-sales service but with a limited report.
Customers can then extend the other areas of analysis and other key applications for a full and meaningful report.
