Program and Project Management

ADF Program Manager

Provides executive leadership over the project, and co-ordinates multi-vendor project teams. Serves as the point person for escalation of issues. Meets with the customer project sponsor typically every 6 weeks during project implementation and quarterly once the project moves into production.

ADF Project Manager

Manages the day-to-day assignments of the implementation team. Coordinates and leads all meetings. Manages the schedule, tasks, and deliverables. Primary liaison with customer.

ADF Technical Analyst

Leads the detailed system design effort. Manages the creation of the Solution Design Document.

Technical Implementation Resources

Provides development support in specialty as scheduled by the project manager

System & Integration Testing

Manages creation of all requirements before the project is moved into production.
