Training Services
A primary goal of ADF systems is to simplify the management task(s) and provide information that is richer and more valuable than that available without the system. It is critical that the Pitney Bowes ADF Professional Services team, as supplier of the ADF solution work with the facilities management and trainers to enhance production practices to maximise the high-level business objectives.
Key management should attend the Production Mail Management Training Course to learn how the application of manufacturing principles and disciplines will deliver the business objectives of the ADF solution.
The Pitney Bowes ADF Professional Services team will provide System Administrator training on the complete end-to-end solution. A comprehensive Site Guide will document the ADF system – including solution architecture, hardware environment, software processes and simple troubleshooting procedures. The trained System Administrator will have a level of expertise to support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the system as well as deploying business continuity procedures.
The ADF Professional Services team will “train the trainer” on the procedures that need to be followed to ensure the correct operation of the ADF solution. This includes two post-implementation training days to perform a health check on the deployed procedures and ensure that the ADF reports are being fully utilised.
