Support Services

After sales support services are vital in ensuring the smooth transition from a project implementation to a business as usual state. Pitney Bowes ADF Support services provide that piece of mind within two distinct areas; the first area ensures that the software systems and tools implemented as part of your ADF Solution operate as intended along with the on-going enhancement of those software systems and tools to ensure they remain at the forefront in terms of functionality and robustness; the second area are the document and system applications generated to operate within the ADF Solution, ensuring that as your business and operational requirements change these can be implemented effectively with no disruption in the service delivery of your ADF Solution.

Software Product Support Services

Software product support and software enhancement services are provided as part of the software license & maintenance agreement that a Pitney Bowes software customer enters into with Pitney Bowes. The standard cover provided allows for telephone support during normal office hours, remote access to the systems for fast response times and defined service levels for the various priority levels from production down to enhancement request.

Application Support Services

The ADF Application support services enable our customers to benefit from the following range of services: up to 10 hours per month professional services telephone support & advice; an assigned Technical Account Manager; up to one day per month professional services development and/or on-site support (travel & accommodation costs are extra); an annual Pitney Bowes software application operations review to ensure software applications run at peak efficiency.

In addition purchasing an Application Support contract will also give access to preferential rates for extended application development services, for on-site workshops to help identify best approach to developing new applications and for advanced software application training courses.
