Project Delivery
The Pitney Bowes ADF Professional Services Teams are responsible for the effective delivery of Automated Document Factory solutions. This involves the overall design of complex hardware, software and operational systems that will dramatically enhance the total efficiency and effectiveness of our customer’s document factories.
The process involves a Customer Project Kick–off in order to achieve the following objectives:
-
Define Roles and Responsibilities
-
Establish Common Understanding of Requirements
-
Review the Implementation Process
-
Identify Potential Obstacles and Solutions
-
Identify Near-term Tasks and Deliverables
On conclusion of the kick-off process the real work of design, development and implementation takes place. Here are our five key project phases that we will be measured upon during delivery:
-
ADF Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
-
ADF Application Development & Unit Testing
-
Integration and System Testing
-
On-Site Installation
-
Production Rollout
We have clear guidelines for ensuring project success, including a working project plan, project risk management, regular conference calls and project meetings along with regular project communications (e.g. meeting notes, open issues list, contact list).
