Where You Fit
PBMS employees work on our customer's behalf various locations around the country. These sites include mail, printing and reproduction, business recovery and payroll processing centers. Today the responsibilities of PBMS employees range from:

 completing jobs that require various equipment to print, copy, collate, fold, insert, weigh, seal and attach postage to mail;
 imaging documents and archiving them electronically for more efficient storage and retrieval
 assuring the safety and security of mail delivered to government offices and large companies

How You Start
PBMS employees are hired in response to our customer's needs through a variety of channels, including employees of customers who engage us. Each new employee is given a hands-on orientation to Pitney Bowes and to their own work environment as the first step of the New Employee Journey, a program that provides structured training throughout the first year of service.

PBMS is always looking to recruit staff into entry level Mailroom Operator roles, Mailroom Supervisor roles as well as Operations Managers.

How You Advance
PBMS employees are reviewed by their supervisors twice annually against defined performance goals. These performance reviews are the basis for merit increases, promotions, and the potential for advancement to management or other positions within Pitney Bowes.
