How You Start PBMS employees are hired in response to our customer's needs through a variety of channels, including employees of customers who engage us. Each new employee is given a hands-on orientation to Pitney Bowes and to their own work environment as the first step of the New Employee Journey, a program that provides structured training throughout the first year of service. PBMS is always looking to recruit staff into entry level Mailroom Operator roles, Mailroom Supervisor roles as well as Operations Managers.
